There are many reasons that your computer could have broken down, so the first thing to do is to find the fault, to do this we will need to diagnose the problem; this can range from operating system issues to the hardware inside your computer wearing out (most common with the computer failing to turn on or drives not working).
Once we have a clear understanding of the particular problem affecting your system, we will advise you on the hardware needed (suggestions will also be provided to help make the right choice). If you decide that you want to complete the repair then we can install the new components or software and test the PC thoroughly to make sure it is 100% before returning it.

System Clean & Health Check
Is your computer running slow? We can speed it up with a system clean and tune to get it running back to normal. We will also give the computer a full health check to make sure it’s in shape again.
Over time computers slow down, this is caused by a number of reasons. Form Virus’s, spyware, malware or to a lack of regular security updates.
ebode can remove these safely and also check that your system is receiving the correct updates to stay secure.
Operating System Reinstallation
Have you been experiencing computer crashes, where your machine has just died for no reason? Does it take hours to log on to your account or even start up Word or Excel?
There could be a few reasons for such behaviour, but the most common is simply your operating system getting old and full of corrupt or unnecessary files.
Why not breathe new life into your PC by getting a fresh copy of your operating system installed. Not only will this fix those pesky errors but will regain the performance your machine has lost over the years.
At ebode, we will back up all of your data onto external media (we can even give you a copy for safe keeping), Take a list of the software you currently have and install and configure the operating system for you.
Once complete we will even transfer all of your data back and install the software from the list*. If you think it’s time to upgrade we can certainly do that as well (details of which are under “Operating System Upgrade”).
*You will need to provide the installation disk for the software and serial numbers.
Data Backup
With so much important and valuable information stored on computers it is vital to have a backup kept somewhere safe. We can backup any data stored on your PC or laptop. You simply select what files and folders you want backed up and we will copy them to your choice of CD, DVD, Blueray, SD card, USB drive or another hard drive for your safe keeping.
Data Transfer
A new computer isn’t very useful if everything you need is still on your old one, so if you have files and folders that need transferred from your old computer to your new one, Ebode IT can help.
Data Recovery
If you have an old or faulty computer and just need the data recovered without having to have the PC repaired we can help, As long as the hard drive isn’t damaged significantly.
